Temporary Lodging Guidelines                June 27, 2019

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

All units are hereby designated as NO SMOKING UNITS.

No pets are allowed except by those requiring a service animal.
Please ensure clean up after your pet.

All furnishings are the property of Riverton Tower and are inventoried when a guest arrives and vacates. Lodgers will be responsible for any damages, including those to furniture, fixtures, and/or equipment.

There is no maid service available. Guests are expected to leave the unit in a clean, orderly condition. Coin operated laundry room available on premises.

All units have large screen, internet ready televisions connected to the building’s HD Antenna that receives up to 56 broadcast TV stations in and around this area.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when out of the apartment, including the balconies. The decorative block on the balconies are not weight bearing. Therefore, please keep children off the block. Do not hang anything on the block or anywhere on the balcony that may be seen from the street to give an unfavorable impression.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT TIME: Check in: 4:00 PM   Check Out: 11:00 AM

APARTMENTS AVAILABLE: Studio (maximum capacity 2), One-Bedroom (maximum 3) or Two-Bedroom (maximum 5)

NOISE: Quiet enjoyment is the goal for our residents and those lodging with us.

ACTIVITIES: Registered lodgers may participate in activities offered by Riverton Tower Senior Center, which include the library and the computer lab.

POOL: All guests must complete a POOL RELEASE prior to going in the pool.

DRUG ACTIVITY RESTRICTIONS: No Criminal / Unlawful Activity. The guest agrees that he or she and any family members and/or visitors of the household must not engage in or permit: Any criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity or any other unlawful activity, whether in the unit or elsewhere on or near the premises.

PARKING: All Registered Lodgers must park in the Guest Parking of the parking lot located in the first island as you enter the lot. Handicap spaces are located at the front and rear of the building.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: For service repairs during office hours, call (904) 743-5090. After 5:00 P.M., seven days a week, via digital paging system call (904) 538-3009. You will hear a voice “Please enter your numeric message after the tone” then three beeps. You then must enter the number you want maintenance to call you back on.  After you enter the call back number you can hang up and wait for the call back.

SECURITY: Available after 7:00 P.M. seven days a week, Monday-Sunday digital pager     (904) 538-3008.  You will hear a voice “Please enter your numeric message after the tone” then three beeps.
